1. Scope & Contract / Geltungsbereich & Vertragsschluss

These General Terms and Conditions govern the accommodation agreement between you (the guest) and J & O Luxury Apartment. By completing a booking on our website, you agree to these terms.

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen regeln den Beherbergungsvertrag zwischen Ihnen (dem Gast) und J & O Luxury Apartment. Mit Abschluss einer Buchung auf unserer Website erklären Sie sich mit diesen Bedingungen einverstanden.

2. Payments & Pricing / Preise & Bezahlung

All prices are shown in Euro (EUR) and include 20% value-added tax (VAT) and the local tourism tax (Ortstaxe). Payment is completed securely during checkout. We accept credit and debit card payments processed securely through Stripe. We do not accept bank transfers.

Alle Preise verstehen sich in Euro (EUR) inklusive 20% Umsatzsteuer und Ortstaxe. Die Zahlung erfolgt sicher während des Bestellvorgangs per Kredit- oder Debitkarte über Stripe. Banküberweisungen werden nicht akzeptiert.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy / Stornierung & Rückerstattung

We have a strict cancellation policy to manage our apartment availability:

• 24-Hour Grace Period: Guests can cancel their reservation within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.
• Non-Refundable: After the first 24 hours following the booking confirmation, the reservation is entirely non-refundable.
• No Online Cancellation: Reservations cannot be canceled online by the guest. To request a cancellation within the 24-hour window, you must email us at office@joluxuryapartment.com.
• Automatic Refund: Upon receiving your cancellation request within 24 hours of booking, we will cancel the reservation and issue a refund automatically to the original payment method used.

Stornobedingungen: Gäste können ihre Buchung innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach der Buchung kostenlos stornieren und erhalten eine vollständige Rückerstattung. Nach Ablauf dieser ersten 24 Stunden ist die Reservierung nicht mehr erstattungsfähig (Non-Refundable). Stornierungen können nicht online vorgenommen werden; Sie müssen uns innerhalb der 24-Stunden-Frist per E-Mail an office@joluxuryapartment.com kontaktieren. Die Rückerstattung erfolgt automatisch auf das ursprünglich verwendete Zahlungsmittel.

4. Check-in & Check-out / An- & Abreise

To allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparation, the following hours apply:

• Check-in: Available from 15:00 (3:00 PM). Self check-in instructions and access details are sent via email or WhatsApp prior to arrival.
• Check-out: Guests must check out before 10:00 (10:00 AM). Please follow checkout instructions regarding keys as sent to you by email or WhatsApp.

Check-in: Ab 15:00 Uhr. Die Anleitung zum selbstständigen Check-in und Schlüsselübergabe erhalten Sie vor Anreise per E-Mail oder WhatsApp.
Check-out: Bis spätestens 10:00 Uhr. Bitte befolgen Sie die Check-out-Anweisungen zur Schlüsselrückgabe, die Ihnen per E-Mail oder WhatsApp zugesandt wurden.

5. House Rules / Hausordnung

Guests are required to respect our homes and neighbors:

• Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00. No parties or events are allowed under any circumstances.
• No Smoking: All apartments are strictly non-smoking.
• Capacity: The number of overnight guests must not exceed the capacity registered in your booking confirmation.

Hausordnung: Ruhezeiten von 22:00 bis 07:00 Uhr sind einzuhalten. Partys oder Veranstaltungen sind strengstens untersagt. In den Apartments gilt ein striktes Rauchverbot. Die maximale Belegung darf die gebuchte Personenzahl nicht überschreiten.

6. Final Provisions / Schlussbestimmungen

These terms are governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria. Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.

Es gilt österreichisches Recht. Gerichtsstand ist Wien, Österreich. Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser Bedingungen unwirksam sein oder werden, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.
