If you book an apartment through our website, we process the data necessary to handle and complete your booking. This includes: first name, last name, address, email address, phone number, names of accompanying guests, check-in and check-out dates, and payment information.

• Contractual Obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): To process your booking, confirm your reservation, coordinate your arrival, and provide accommodation services.
• Legal Obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): Under Austrian law (Meldegesetz), we are obliged to register all guests staying with us with the local tourism and reporting authorities (Meldezettel). Furthermore, under Austrian tax regulations (BAO), we must retain invoice and billing data for 7 years.

Bei einer Buchung verarbeiten wir Vorname, Nachname, Adresse, E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer, Gästenamen, Aufenthaltsdaten und Zahlungsdaten. Die Verarbeitung erfolgt zur Vertragserfüllung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO) sowie zur Erfüllung gesetzlicher Pflichten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO i.V.m. dem österreichischen Meldegesetz zur Gästeregistrierung und der Bundesabgabenordnung (BAO) zur Rechnungsaufbewahrung für 7 Jahre).

Eine Weitergabe Ihrer Daten erfolgt nur, wenn dies zur Vertragserfüllung oder Erfüllung gesetzlicher Pflichten notwendig ist. Zu den Empfängern gehören IT-Dienstleister (Hosting/Datenbanken), Zahlungsdienstleister, die lokale Meldebehörde (Ortstaxe/Meldezettel) sowie ggf. Steuerberater zur Abwicklung steuerlicher Verpflichtungen.
