Prices are shown per apartment once you add your check-in and check-out dates. The total includes the nightly rate and a one-time cleaning fee, with no hidden booking fees.
Payment is completed securely during checkout. We accept credit and debit card payments processed securely through Stripe. We do not accept bank transfers. In case you cannot pay online, please contact us by email and we will see how we can help you.
Yes. We can issue a proper invoice for business or reimbursement. Email us your billing details and we will send it over.
Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Message us by email if you need flexible timing and we will try to help.
You receive self check-in and arrival instructions by email and WhatsApp the day before your stay, including the exact address and how to enter.
Tell us your arrival time and we will arrange early luggage drop-off where the apartment allows it, so you can explore Vienna before check-in.
Self check-in works around the clock. Just share your arrival time on WhatsApp so we can confirm everything is ready when you get there.
Yes, every apartment has fast Wi-Fi included. You get the network name and password in your arrival instructions.
Message us on WhatsApp anytime. A local J&A host is reachable for issues with the apartment, the heating, or anything you need help with.
Fresh linen and towels are ready on arrival, along with basics like soap and a starter kitchen setup. For longer stays we can arrange a mid-stay clean.
Yes. Apartments have an equipped kitchen or kitchenette so you can prepare meals. Check the amenities on each apartment page for the exact setup.
Each apartment lists its maximum guest count. Use the guest filter on the apartments page to see only places that fit your group.
Amenities are listed per apartment and reflect what is actually in that home — for example Wi-Fi, kitchen, washer, or air conditioning. We never show generic placeholder amenities.
Access varies by building — some have elevators and others are walk-ups. Tell us your needs on WhatsApp and we will recommend the most suitable apartment.
Many are. Let us know the ages in your group and we can suggest apartments with the right space and, where available, a cot or extra bedding.
Our apartments are in central, walkable districts such as Innere Stadt, around the Opera, and Leopoldstadt. Each apartment page shows its neighborhood and what is nearby.
Very easy. Most apartments are a short walk from U-Bahn and tram stops, so you can reach the main sights and the airport link quickly. See our Vienna Guide for routes.
Vienna Airport connects to the city by the CAT train, S-Bahn, or taxi in about 20–40 minutes. We include the simplest route to your specific apartment in your arrival details.
We do not have private parking. However, we can provide locations of nearby public garages and send you the exact addresses upon request.
Guests can cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. After that, the reservation is non-refundable.
Some apartments allow pets and others do not. Ask us before booking with your pet details and we will point you to pet-friendly options.
All apartments are non-smoking indoors to keep them fresh for every guest. You are welcome to smoke outside where permitted.
Yes, our homes are in residential buildings, so we ask for quiet hours at night and no parties. Full house rules are shared at booking and during checkout.
